Estimation Hub provides construction estimating services including quantity takeoffs, detailed cost estimates, budget and conceptual estimates, change-order pricing, and related estimating support.
We do not perform construction work and do not act as the general contractor, subcontractor, architect, engineer, or project manager unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Estimates are prepared using the drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules, scope information, document links, vendor information, and other project materials made available to us.
Clients are responsible for providing current and complete project information. Changes to drawings, specifications, scope, quantities, schedules, or other project requirements may affect the estimate.
Construction pricing can vary based on location, market conditions, labor availability, material pricing, subcontractor quotations, project schedule, procurement conditions, and other factors.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, estimates are intended to support budgeting and bidding decisions and are not guarantees of final construction cost.
Where project information is incomplete or unclear, an estimate may include assumptions, exclusions, qualifications, or items requiring clarification.
Clients should review these items together with the estimate before relying on the pricing for a bid or project decision.
Vendor quotations, subcontractor pricing, published cost information, or other third-party pricing may be incorporated where applicable. Such information may change and remains subject to the terms and availability of the applicable third party.
Revised drawings, addenda, scope changes, and change-order requests may require additional estimating work. Any additional services, timing, or fees should be confirmed as applicable to the project.
The client remains responsible for reviewing the completed estimate, confirming project requirements, evaluating bid conditions, and making final pricing or contractual decisions.
Project documents supplied by clients remain the property of their respective owners. Estimation Hub may use those documents only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested estimating services.
Estimation Hub's own estimate formats, templates, methodologies, and internal working materials remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
